This brand new apartment is located in the heart of the city center, just a few steps from Santa Maria Novella train station.
It’s the perfect base to walk the historic city center of Florence,and plunge into its Renaissance atmosphere, but also for business trips or to attend trade fairs and events.
Once you get in the building door, a stone stair (15 steps) leads you to the cozy and bright living room, furnished with sofa, TV, table and chairs and a buit-in kitchenette, equipped with all the amenities (microwave, toaster, kettle, washing-machine ) to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner everytime you wish to.
House walls, decorated in nature subject, project you immediately in a relaxed atmosphere, that detaches completely from the urban chaos, and they form a natural extension to the tropical plants and trees of the inner garden.
A wrought iron handrail staircase leads you to the bedroom with big master bed, mirror, desk and dresser.
On the upper floor there’s also the ensuite bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located in Santa Maria Novella district, right in front of the station in a very central position, in a residential and central area of ​​Florence, in a well-served neighborhood and ideal for people on vacation, as well as for business trips, five minutes walk from everything you want to visit in Florence.
The location is perfect for people who visit Florence during events in Fortezza da Basso as apartment is 10min walk from there.
The main attractions are just 5-15 min walk from the apartment: the oldest market of Florence (Mercato di San Lorenzo), Basilica di San Lorenzo and Cappelle Medicee.
Five min walk you will be at the Cattedrale di Santa Maria Del Fiore, Cupola del Brunelleschi, Piazza della Signoria, Piazza Santa Maria Novella, with its beautiful church.
Among the streets you will found bunch of restaurants and bars.
Within walking distance you can appreciate the San Lorenzo market.
Start your visit to the San Lorenzo Market by discovering the outdoor section of the market, which runs along several streets surrounding the famous Mercato Centrale. Hundreds of stalls on either side of the street with vendors selling pottery, clothing, notebooks, souvenirs and various leather goods including bags, belts, wallets and jackets. Take your time looking around and make sure you have seen everything before you start spending.
The Central Market is a two-level food market, making up the second half of the San Lorenzo Market. The Mercato Centrale is in a beautiful building designed by Giuseppe Mengoni, the same architect who designed the Galleria Vittoria Emanuele II, and built from 1870-74 when Florence was still capital of Italy.
On the second floor you can also have your lunch or dinner in the several restaurants.
