The district develops in the south-eastern part of Florence, on the left bank of the Arno rive.. This area of ​​recent construction is characterized by pretty villas and residences in Umbertine style, dating back to the early 1900s.

A couple of km. from the Villa, San Niccolò Bridge connects the district with the historical center of Florence, which is about 3 km
