The careful renovation has enhanced and preserved some characteristic and original elements of the period, such as the expertly restored wooden doors, and the striking stone elements (such as the stone framing the living room entrance), the wood of the parquet floor, the light colors of the furnishings, and the wooden furniture in arte povera give this apartment a romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere.

The front door leads into the spacious and cozy hallway. The first room we encounter is the first double bedroom with a pickled wood bed and shabby chic closet, which overlooks the inner courtyard.
Continuing on the right we arrive in the large kitchen equipped with everything you may need to prepare and enjoy with tranquility breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever you want (oven, microwave,dishwasher, kettle moka etc).
Next we find the first bathroom complete with shower.
On the left, on the other hand, there is the large and very bright living room, the centerpiece of conviviality, which overlooks with its 2 large windows Sant'Egidio Street and its splendid buildings adorned with statues.
Here we find a large wooden table, sofa 2 armchairs and TV to relax together with a glass of good wine when you return from your tours.
Next to the living room opens the second bedroom with large wrought iron double bed and armchair, and walk-in closet.
A second modern bathroom with large shower completes the apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw from Teatro della Pergola, Piazza del Duomo, Galleria dell'Accademia, Museo dell'opera del Duomo, Piazza SS.Annunziata, archaeological museum, Museo degli Innocenti, Basilica di San Lorenzo, Medici chapels, in a street, Via Sant'Egidio rich in historical and artistic value with its stately palaces.
Straddling the districts of Santa Croce and San Giovanni Via sant'Egidio, traces the shape of the walls of the fifth circle, that of Dante's time, and owes its name to the church of Sant'Egidio, now incorporated into the nearby Santa Maria Nuova hospital but older than it.
Not far away are also the ancient neighborhoods of Sant'Ambrogio and San Lorenzo, with their namesake churches and their bustling typical markets, where you can hoard local products to try or take home as souvenirs.
